abbey founded in 557 by the son of clovis, childebert and which bears the name of the bishop whose burial it received in 576. The church of saint-germain des prés dates from the 10th century. In the 13th century, pierre de montreuil had the chapel of the virgin, the refectory, the cloister, the dormitory, the parlor and the chapter room built.
