Reverse of a painting sold by abbott and holder in may 2022 (ref: 10466a), when it was described as "berkshire; ‘hearne’s oak, windsor park’ (sic). Pencil and watercolour. Inscribed verso and dated, ‘july 10 1832 / 1/2 past 7’. Further inscribed with the lines from shakespeare’s ‘merry wives of windsor’. 5. 25×8. 5 inches. ". Date: 10 July 1832.
