So-called portrait of eleonora gonzaga (1598-1655), wife of ferdinand ii, holy roman emperor, but it’s probably a depiction of anna of tyrol (1585-1618), wife of matthias, holy roman emperor identification made by ecummenic based on the comparison with a portrait of that princess (see image below).
