Confederate under an arch with the storming of the castellazzo fortress. The confederate bears the characteristics of a servant (halberd) and a nobleman (shoulder cloak). Allusion to the numerous confederate participants in the campaign of the french king louis xii against genoa in 1507, who were knighted after the conquest. The tip of the halberd points to a fallen halberdier, the sword points to the cemetery (memento mori). Date: circa 1507. Dimensions: height: 44.6 cm (17.5 in); width: 32 cm (12.5 in).
