This watercolor can be considered to be largely unknown until now. The archives at the zorn museum in mora contain no information about the painting apart from the following short note in the registers: "walk in the park. Watercolor. 1882". The only additional information is provided by gerda boëthius, who includes the painting in the list of works for "zorn. Tecknaren. Målaren. Etsar. Sculptören", 1949, where on page 539, briefly, it is listed in the year 1882 as: "walk in the park a [p]". There is no representation of the watercolor from before, nor does it seem to have appeared in any public exhibition context. However, zorn's dating "richmond park -82" clarifies that this "walk in the park" was immortalized in richmond outside london. Object Type: painting. Date: 1882.
