Issued in vienna, july 6, 1901, with the emperor's own signature, countersignatures by the imperial and royal minister-president ernest von koerber and the imperial and royal ministerial councillor ludwig graf marenzi. Parchment libel (38 x 29. 5 cm), 7 pages, partly gold-heightened calligraphy in different colored ink, partly printed ornamental border, colored coat of arms signed carl boess. Violet velvet cover with gold-embossed double-headed eagle, moiré silk mirrors and attached seal in metal capsule. Date: 1901.
