Issued in vienna on september 4, 1878, handwritten signature of the emperor and the prime minister prince adolph von auersperg. 4 sheets of parchment, colored coat of arms painting by carl boess, partly gold-highlighted writing on ornamental-heraldic lithographic print. Purple velvet cover with gold-embossed double-headed eagle, approx. 39 x 29 cm, attached imperial wax seal in gold-plated brass capsule, all in zinc case. Date: 4 September 1878.
