Iconographic description: temple market (at the old linge), convent of the perpetual adoration of the blessed sacrament, rue philipeaux, percée and corderie (1840). Chapel, entrance to the doric style convent. Fountains topped with a statue, a seated female allegory. Signs with street names, poster indicating “belle jardinnière”. Characters, small profession: porter, water carrier, traveling merchant, cart, horse-drawn carriage. Historical commentary: cf. Hoffbauer and a. Remains of the enclosure demolished in 1820. Market created in 1811, by molinos; palace of the grand prior given by louis xviii to louise de bourbon-conti in 1815, its chapel is from 1823, louise founded the order of the ladies of the perpetual adoration of the blessed sacrament which still remained there in 1848, occupied by artillery, it was destroyed in 1854.
