A doorway flanked by two draped grotesque figures. Before the doorway is a framed artwork depicting a cross and wolf pierced by a flag pole. Above door is a scene of cupids feeding each other grapes. Date: circa 1765. Dimensions: Mat: 45.9 x 35.7 cm (18 1/16 x 14 1/16 in.); ; (irregular): 37.1 x 22.6 cm (14 5/8 x 8 7/8 in.). Medium: brush and wash, graphite, laid paper, pen and black ink.
