On august 27, 1810, ernst von pfuel accepted johann wolfgang von goethe's invitation to a day trip. The following day, they set off early in the morning. They visited dux castle near teplitz, strolled through the waldstein park, looked at old weapons, a mineral collection and wallenstein memorabilia. They then drove on to osegg monastery to visit the baroque cathedral. Pfuel and goethe returned to teplitz late in the evening. Date: before 1900.
