Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 491, 4 November 1917

491. Cross - tombstone, around the village. Gore, balchishko, carved from limestone in the town cavernous. Four-winged. The upper wing is trapezoidal and is larger than the side two, also trapezoidal. The lower wing is rectangular and by means of two prongs projecting outwards, it is joined to the base. On its face, between the wings of the cross, is carved another four-winged cross with equal wings, expanded at the ends. An inscription with the date 1903 is carved on the base. A small rectangular niche for a lamp is also carved on it. Dimensions: 84x45x11 cm. Sketched on 4. Xi. 1917 (t. 10, obr. 17. ). Date: 4 November 1917.
