Ii. József (vienna, march 13, 1741 – vienna, february 20, 1790) was an austrian archduke, the eldest son of hungarian queen maria theresa and emperor francis istván i. German-roman emperor from 1765 (for the time being alongside his mother, as co-ruler), hungarian and czech king from 1780, the first ruler who came from the house of habsburg-lorraine. Date: 1769.
