Unknown artist of the first half of the 19th century sofa room in bogdanovskoye depicted is a sofa room in the house of d. N. Filosofov in the bogdanovskoye estate of novorzhevsky district of the pskov province. The name of the author of the interior remains controversial. A copy of the painting without the artist's name was reproduced as early as 1915 in the book "collection in memory of anna pavlovna filosofova". A. N. Benois assumed that the author of "sofa room", as well as "living room", was one of venetsianov's students, a serf of the filosofovs. In the catalogues of the pskov historical and art museum and in some other publications, the interiors of bogdanovskoye are considered to be the works of g. V. Soroka without sufficient grounds. Date: 1820s.
