A bewigged man, apparently a clergyman, standing to engage in intercourse with a young woman underneath a tree, she holding onto a branch and lying on the back of a second man, perhaps a servant, who kneels on the ground at left, looking back with his tongue poking out; a discarded tricorne and heavy volume on the ground at left, gate behind at right and fields beyond, large church or cathedral in the distance.
