Violet-red velvet cover, partially embossed, with gold-colored embossed double-headed eagle coat of arms, with attached seal capsule in gilded bronze (with imperial coat of arms on the capsule lid), with the "great majesty seal" of emperor franz joseph i in red sealing wax.
