Aspertini sketch-book (so-called london i): 24th opening left (1898,1123. 3(24) verso) and right-hand page (1898,1123. 3(25) recto) with scenes from trajan's column: horses and men transported over the danube in boats, portico on the far left (upper part of opening); a sinking ship; dacians kneeling (lower part of opening) c. 1535 pen and brown ink, over black chalk, the upper part with a brown wash, on vellum.
