John Lockwood Kipling (1837-1911) - Mowgli Leaping Off the Cliff (c1907), John Lockwood Kipling, 1 January 1907

Bas-relief by john lockwood kipling depicting a scene from "red dog" by rudyard kipling. Mowgli leaps off a bee-infested cliff into a river, so that the dhole pack threatening his wolves, and currently chasing him, will be stung to death or drown. Note that this picture is oriented vertically, but may be misinterpreted by bots as horizontal and incorrectly rotated. This has already been corrected once. Date: 1 January 1907.
