Vertical rectangle. A) the scrollwork frame of an ovoid, with standing figures beside the upper part, a classical warrior at left, a woman at right, both with sticks. Half figures of harpies are beside the lower part. In the centre below is a bowl with an animal's skull in the center. Recto: above is b) two trees are in the center of the foreground. Houses and mountains are in the middle ground at left and at right. Separated by the framing line is c). Shown is one unity of the decoration. At left is a half escutcheon. Beside it is a half figure of a winged woman. Drapery festoons are supported by the hands of the woman and by parts of the rinceau. Date: 1600–25. Dimensions: 27.4 × 20.7 cm (10 13/16 × 8 1/8 in.).
