Sagaminokami Hōjō Saimyōji Nyūdō Tokiyori, Yoshitoshi, 1885

Tokiyori, nyudo of sagami province hojo saimyoji temple, yoshitoshi tsukioka, ``yoshitoshi musha rui''. A depiction of tokiyori hojo's legend of hachiki. When tokiyori went on a pilgrimage to various countries, the owner of the house where he stayed to avoid the snow said he had no firewood to burn due to poverty, so he broke down his prized bonsai tree to use it as firewood. His master was a fallen kamakura samurai, and he treasured his arms and horses so that he could always rush to his command if he was in trouble. Later, when tokiyori ordered him to convene, he actually ran there on his lean horse, and was rewarded by tokiyori. This popular song ``hachigi'' became the etymology of ``iza kamakura. ''. Date: 1885.
