Woodblock print, oban tate-e. Urawa station. The heavily tattooed fishseller danshichi kurobei empties a bucket of water over himself to clean off the mud and blood from the murder of giheji, who lies on the ground behinf him. A drawn sword leans against a well-head and a festival crowd passes in the background (inset: an uphill road). Date: 1852 (5th month). Dimensions: Height: 35.80 centimetres Width: 24.20 centimetres.
