This is a fine copy in pastel (and of the same dimensions though with variations in the dress and in the scale of the head) of liotard's pastel of 1754 (om 583, 400902). The sitter is shown with a sprig of blue flowers in her hair; she is wearing a blue silk dress trimmed with lace. Date: between 1754 and 1761.
