letter - on the front, at the bottom, from left to right, printed in ink: "abosse inv. Et fe. "; "the blond excud. With privilege". Legend - on the front, at the bottom, printed in ink, verse: "to what unfortunate point of sadness / do we not see the man reduced; / when the trembling old age / a hasty step follows him? // he suffers a thousand daily ailments, / which do not have their limited pains; / and the days are hyuers to him / in the decline of his years. // his limbs are colder than ice, / his vigor is only near the fire; / he takes refuge in this plaza, / and this is his main game. // but when in vain he defends himself / from death soubs which all succumbs; / this cruel surprises him, / and puts him on the verge of the grave.
