By morphing the apprentice's portrait and background: an accurate colour restoration of da vinci's is possible. Base layer from c2rmf, additional varnish/crack removal was applied. Eyebrows are added back -somewhat- because they were believed to have been removed during overcleaning in previous centuries. By daniel voshart. Object Type: painting. Genre: portrait. Place of creation: Florence. Dimensions: height: 77 cm (30.3 in) ; width: 53 cm (20.8 in). Medium: oil on poplar panel. Depicted People: Lisa del Giocondo. Collection: Louvre Museum. Mona Lisa restored colour, based on "Prado Copy" painted by apprentice alongside Leonardo
