Equestrian statue of argentine hero josé de san martín, sculpted by french artist louis-joseph daumas (1801-1887). The monument was placed at plaza san martín of buenos aires and officially inaugurated by then president of argentina, bartolomé mitre, on july 13, 1862. Date: pre-1905.
