Count (1847) fyodor vasilyevich ridiger (december 12, 1783 – june 11, 1856) – adjutant general, general of the cavalry of the russian imperial army. In 1849, he accepted the capitulation of the hungarian rebels, thereby ending the war in hungary. In 1853-55, he temporarily held the post of viceroy of the kingdom of poland.
