The engraving was printed in part ii of het gloreerd nederland or kabinet van contemporane gezigten van cities, villages, ditches, etc. Etc. (image 133-34), published by isaak tinon in amsterdam in 1746. From the "voorberigt van den drukker" in part i of this work it appears that the drawing was made by jan de beyer (the initial letters "j. D. Flown") and engraved in copper by hendrik spilman.
