Apollo of the lycian apollo type. Marble, roman copy from the second quarter of the 2nd century ad after a greek original traditionnally attributed to praxiteles. The right-hand fingers are a modern restoration. From smyrna, before 1680. Dimensions: H. 2.16 m (7 ft. 1 in.). Collection: Louvre Museum.
