283. Tombstone with a cross in the cemetery of the town. Shumen, carved from white hard limestone. A zigzag frieze runs parallel to the final outline of her face; in the middle is a carved cross - four-winged, with greatly expanded outward ends, flowers in relief around it, above it an inscription panel (oblong), and below it another inscription panel (square). On its upper wall is a small round water trough. Technically, it can certainly be said that it was worked in 1850-1855. The lower end is driven into the ground without a plinth. Dimensions: 51x32x9 cm. Sketched on 17. Iv. 1917. (t. 9. Rev. 80. ). Date: 17 April 1917.
