Barge with austria, emperor franz joseph i and the allegories of the crown lands. Allegory in which 17 girls represent the austrian crown lands. These girls are sitting in a boat that is being steered by another girl, "austria". On austria's lap lies a document "constitution". Next to her stands the young emperor franz joseph i. In the middle of the boat is the tree of life with a laurel wreath, flag ribbons and a banner with a double-headed eagle and the motto "viribus unitis".
