Friedrich ludwig schröder (* 3 november 1744 in schwerin; † 3 september 1816 in rellingen) was a german actor, theatre director and playwright. As a reformer of freemasonry, he founded his own ritual work, the so-called "schröder teaching method", which is still practiced today by many lodges - even outside germany.
