The january 29, 1860 issue of illustreret tidende had an article about the castle jægerborg, built in 1611 and torn down in 1761. The illustration was based on a drawing, assumed to have been made by the german painter johannes glauber, who spent some time in denmark in the 1680s, showing the original appearance of the castle, on page 151.
