Portrait of the spanish jurist pedro sainz de andino (1786-1863), prosecutor and member of the treasury council of spain and the chamber of castile since 1829, being also legally responsible for the creation of the madrid stock exchange in 1834. He also worked on the preparation of the regulations of the spanish bank of san fernando and the code of commerce, both in 1829, work that he completed with the law of commercial procedure of 1830.
