Mounted on a platform, baron athalin and rumigny, helped by assistants, distribute decorations and rewards to ministers, high-ranking men, members of the clergy, journalists favorable to the government (cross of honor, christian cross, hand of justice, clyster syringe, positions, portfolios, etc. ) who fight to catch them, in a great rush full of enthusiasm. Everyone is on the lookout, until they fall to the ground, climbing on top of each other in ridiculous disorder. Some are recognizable: lobau, persil, saint-aulaire, general gérard, abbé guillon, cuvillier, mérilhou, tripier, dupuytren. Denunciation of the distribution of benefits brought to the wealthiest, and not to the people, who stand next to the composition, monitored by national guards. Person / character represented:
