It is actually a copy with updates and simplifications of a previous work from 1637 by alessandro baratta entitled the very famous and noble city of genoa with its new fortifications. The engraving of this version is probably by dominique barriere and edited by giovanni giacomo de rossi, then published again in amsterdam in 1704, with further additions. Date: 1651.
