288. Cross - tombstone, in the cemeteries of the town. Shumen, made of white hard limestone. Four-winged, with a niche for a lamp. Its wings are trapezoidal, their outer sides notched; the upper one has a small round water trough. Three four-winged crosses with outwardly extended wings and a hemispherical dimple in the middle are carved shallowly on his face. Compared to other monuments that bear dates, this one can be dated to 1820-1840. Dimensions: 81x55x15 cm. Sketched on 14. Iv. 1917. (vol. 13, obr. 70. ). Date: 14 April 1917.
