map of amsterdam by an unknown cartographer with the design of the fourth explanation on a scale of approximately 1:7,250, printed by justus danckerts. At the bottom an inset map after a map attributed to christoffel van hartogvelt with the situation in 1340. With images of the town hall on dam square in revolt and the stock exchange on rokin in a bird's eye view. The map is an imitation of the previously published map by frederik de wit (ca. 1662).
