The main goal of the national little children's association was to create a kindergarten training institute to be connected with a boarding house and a model kindergarten. Already in 1874, it was possible to win three small plots of land next to each other from the authorities of the capital. The "first hungarian alt. "insurance company", the association took out a loan of 25,000 frt, with the intercession of kálmán tisza, the minister of public education not only undertook to repay this loan in detail, but also offered 5,000 frt as state aid for the construction.
