On saturday, october 15, 2011, s-bahn train 21223 departed from altdorf station with exit signal c5 closed. As the train passed the stop signal, it was stopped by the train safety system. The train came to a stop about 42 m after the signal. It damaged the profile of track 4, where the ic train 10012 was allowed to pass.
