Death as a city dweller. Two genre scenes, street and imaginary character. Urban landscape. Death as a “brown” seller, women in popular period costume: dresses, shawls, headdresses. Death, skeleton dressed as a woman: headdress, apron; cone, brazier. Death, skeleton as a city dweller: pipe smoker, seated, a man, glasses and newspaper.
