Ivan Enchev-Vidyu Bulgarian Folk Crosses 287, 14 April 1917

287. Cross - tombstone monument, in the cemeteries of the town. Noisy, carved from white hard limestone. Four-winged, with trapezoidal wings; the top and bottom are wider. In the middle of his face is carved an isosceles cross with wings extended outwards, and flowers in relief around it; a zigzag frieze around the end contour, on the upper wing a relief inscription with the date 1854, and on the lower a niche for a lamp; an engraved hair (female cross) descends on the upper wing, which starts from its horizontal wall and descends along the rear - vertical. Dimensions: 62x55x19 cm. Sketched on 14. Iv. 1917. (vol. 13, obr. 72. ). Date: 14 April 1917.
