The yacht ['royal sovereign'] sailing from portsmouth with her royal highness the duchess of clarence on board to view the russian squadron. Augt 8th 1827 technique includes etching. This relates to the oil painting attributed to moses also in the museum collection (bhc0621): the publication line reads 'drawn, engraved and published by h.
