Engraving with a view (looking south) of the fire at the foire saint-germain on the night of 16 to 17 march 1762 (published in paris by jacques chereau, rue st. Jacques). The saint sulpice church is visible in the background. The engraved upper part of the print is reversed, so that the title at the top is a mirror image and saint-sulpice is to the left rather than the right. Date: circa 1762.
