In 1783, duke karl eugen had a pleasure palace built in the immediate vicinity. In 1799 the whole area was sold to private individuals; in 1854 the court chamber bought it back. Today's fasanenhofsiedlung was built between 1960 and 1965. Date: circa 1798.
