Detail of watercolor done by elias martin around the year 1785, showing the finnish galley squadron of the armén fleet off vaxholm. We see a two-masted galley with oars and two heavier guns in the stern. The watercolor is named at the bottom as "weu af waxholm och finska galär esqadern" and signed with "signerad e martin pinxit. No 13". The watercolor belonged to crown prince gustaf adolf and crown princess margareta. Date: 1 January 1785.
