For decades, "vasárnapi ujság" has collected with great care and attention and from time to time presented to its reading audience only a small number of authentic pictures that have survived, which relate to the events of 1848/49 and were made at that time under their influence. These historically interesting pictures have been supplemented with other lesser-known drawings of the same age, and now, on the occasion of the half-century anniversary of those great times, in today's issue, we present them together with the portraits of the main characters of that time. . . We also present the pilvax coffee house, which became famous for the gatherings of the youth, and which, although under a different name in koronaherczeg-útcza, still exists today in almost its old condition.
