Sandgatan in lund during the 1820s. Hand-colored dot engraving by a. Arvidsson. The lundagård wall remained until 1842 and the lundagård house (on the right) had not yet been expanded. To the left below this was the so-called "new academy", built in 1800 and commonly called "kuggis", the building was demolished in 1897. On the same side of the street, the so-called "black consistory" can also be seen. The half-timbered house with the high stone staircase is city commissioner ljunggren's house.
