Dionysus (1930s), a relief sculpture by the australian sculptor dora ohlfsen (1869–1948), who lived and worked in rome for decades. This photograph was taken by her and sent to her niece, dora stanford. Stanford gave it to the art gallery of new south wales, which published it on its website a few years ago. It was not published in ohlfsen's lifetime. The sculpture itself is on ohlfsen's grave in rome. Date: 1930s.
