Wroclaw, poland: "powodzianka" ~ "flood victim woman"
the memorial of catastrophic flood disaster (1997) of odra river in wroclaw. It is located near university bridge and it is the obeisance to the people who were working to save the city - as symbolic woman in university library, carrying all books from lower to upper floors.
