King frederik iii and svend poulsen, gøngehøvdingen, with some noble persons and a guard in the background at jungshoved castle. The king greets svend poulsen as he recognize him after a hint about how he previous served under the king. King frederik iii of denmark and norway (1609-1670) and svend poulsen (app. 1610 - app. 1679) were real persons but the story is fiction.
