Bordering rue du temple, rue meslay and boulevard saint-martin, it was sold on the death of j. -b. Rouillé de meslay's son and passed through several owners before being bought by pierre jacques onésyme bergeret de grancourt. The latter died in 1785 and this large real estate complex was purchased in 1789 by the dihl et guerhard porcelain factory. Resold in lots from 1818 to 1823, it was demolished during the development of the place de la république in the 1860s. Date: before 1814.
